Armed with an impressive academic foundation, Tyler holds a degree in Physics with a concentration in Mechanical Engineering, proudly earned from the prestigious halls of Purdue University. Meet Joshua Edmiston
Josh, a distinguished Combat Veteran with 14 years of dedicated service in the United States Army, stands as the Co-founder and Managing Member of Fort Wayne Carbon Fiber LLC.
During his military tenure, he exhibited exemplary leadership skills while overseeing the operations of four Maintenance Departments, in addition to managing his own.
Transitioning into civilian markets, Josh embarked on a career centered around industrial robots and PLC Control Systems, collaborating with renowned organizations such as Nestle, Multimatic, and Walmart Dairy. It was during this phase that he discovered his passion for Continuous Improvement principles, which have since become the cornerstone of his professional journey.
Josh possesses an extensive and profound expertise spanning Safety Programs, OSHA Compliance, Reliable Operations, Continuous Improvement Practices, and the Lean Thinking Methodology. His dedication to these principles has not only enriched his own career but also left an indelible mark on the organizations fortunate enough to benefit from his knowledge and experience.
